In early 2016, we began work on this online recruitment platform. The aim? Create the most user friendly recruitment platform and integrate social media platforms. Why? Because you are busy.

We also wanted to reduce the cost of finding skilled candidates. Why? Because head-hunting is expensive. We also realise that most companies won’t be successful at creating career portals and job boards on their sites. Why? Because that’s not what you do.

Imagine for a second logging on to Em-Ploi for the first time. What’s the first thing that comes to mind? Am I going to have to spend the next hour filling in my details? I thought so. Well that’s how we feel about online recruitment sites as well.
