I was introduced to classical ballet at the age of 4 and I've been dancing ever since. Ballet is part of my soul...
As we get older our opportunities are somewhat limited to start something new - either due to work, limited time or even a mental block (think we are too old or don't have the right body type etc.)
EleDance specifically aims to accommodate women with commitments. Classes are after hours and only once a week.
Classical ballet is excellent for

- uplifts mood;
- improves posture;
- shape, tone and improve flexibility;
- core strengthening;
