Electrical Maintenance include the repairs to:

- Distribution boards - Repairs or upgrading of main supply cables, replacement or upgrading of main or faulty circuit breaker, tracing and repairing of electrical faults on all sub circuits of a distribution board ensuring all connections are clean and tight.
- Repairs to all types of light fittings (Security lights, office lighting all types, low voltage lighting, strip lights, concealed lights etc.)
- Repairing or replacement of socket outlets (switched socket outlets, welding plugs single and three phases etc.)
- Repairing or replacing of elements or thermostats to Water storage units (geysers, hot water heating circulating systems)
- Repairs to stoves and equipment within the canteens and catering departments (domestic and industrial)
- Repairs to electric motors (garage door motors, gate motors, swimming pool pumps, Jacuzzi motors etc.)
- Repairs to Jacuzzi controls, swimming pool boards and timers.
- Tracing and repairing of electrical faults e.g. power tripping problems, earth leakage faults, overloading of circuits.
- Repairs to sauna controls and elements.
