CrossFit 10 Star ( http://www.crossfit10star.co.za/ ) is a CrossFit affiliated training facility in Centurion, that caters for all types of fitness enthusiasts and people wanting to improve their quality of life. CrossFit 10 Star focuses on improving our clients “General Physical Preparedness” through the CrossFit methodology complimented by various other training techniques. Our facility offers a wide variety of equipment and exercise techniques categorized within but not limited to the following modalities – mono structural metabolic conditioning or “cardio”, gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, power lifting and Olympic lifting.
