Corner Post Restaurant and Bar continues to evolve. This family restaurant caters for all ages and personalities. The deck is casual allowing you to relax, have a cuppa or sit with your laptop and enjoy the free WIFI, it also has a big screen for showing sports games. While the restaurant is cosy and romantic, the private dining room doubles up as a conference room with an eight seater table. At the back are the intimate sunny courtyard and tea garden that are filled with colour, even in winter. Enjoy a delicious meal while overlooking the safe and secure landscaped kiddies area.
The main restaurant menu offers a superb variety of dishes, including vegetarian options, using fresh quality ingredients. A favourite is the thick, juicy and generous chicken schnitzel. In addition they hand make their bread, pastas, pizzas and all their sauces are freshly homemade. They boast a delectable dessert menu which includes homemade ice creams and sorbets, the chocolate fudge brownies come highly recommended.
Corner Post offers extreme deals on delicious weekday lunch time meals which include a free selected drink. On a Wednesday is the char-grilled lamb chops special.
Monday nights from 5pm are their famous Fish & Chips Special. A beer battered hake fillet with chips, fresh lemon, homemade tartare sauce and a free selected drink
From 5pm on Tuesdays is the Burger Special. A delicious burger and selected free drink. For delicious slow roasted pork with all the trimmings including apple sauce and crackling, Corner Post is a must for Sunday lunch including a free drink. From 4pm on Sundays is the Prawn Special. Half a kg of prawns with homemade periperi or garlic butter sauce.
