Chops Biltong

All our quality biltong products are manufactured at our factory in Plumstead and include a range of products to suit all tastes. Our biltong products include lean beef biltong in plain, chilli and pepper flavours. We also offer Silverside biltong (this is the one with a little fat on the side). We also provide you with a range of beef sticks and chips which come in plain,

Chilli and chutney flavours. We also stock a range of game biltong such as kudu, gemsbok, impala, springbok (the wild kind) and eland; however this depends on seasonal availability.

Our droewors range includes Kudu, ostrich and beef. Our beef droewors is also available in plain, chilli and barbeque flavours. As if you weren’t already spoilt for choice we also stock ostrich and chicken biltong.Other than the biltong we also have a wide range of nuts, honey, braai sauces and chilli sauce. We also sell biltong chunkers that are handmade and very popular.

Chops Biltong Bar is real family enterprise. Since we opened our first shop in the town of Fish Hoek in 1994, the business has been run by our family. With greater demand for quality products we decided to relocate to larger premises and after selling the Fish Hoek shop, we opened our Factory in Plumstead from where we continue to make magic to this day
