Captains Anchor Pub & Restaurant

Captains Anchor Pub and Restaurant is situated on the main beach of South Port, Kwazulu Natal (10km North of Port Shepstone, 130km South of Durban).

The word pub originates from the term public house which references a community gathering place or focal point within the community for socializing and sharing stories, daily events, and in our case, great food and a verity of beverages.

With the sound of the Ocean the ambiance is laid back and invites patrons to raise a glass or two. Locals and tourists rub shoulders with respectable fishermen and old salts. Spectacular breaker views and low hanging Milkwood trees from the restaurant completes the setting.

One of the few South Coast beach pub and restaurants Captains Anchor hosts a variety of functions e.g. Weddings, Birthday Parties (young and old), year-end functions, breakfast runs, etc. The venue can cater for up to 150 people.
