The Estate is Located on Boesmans River mouth, in the this charming little village of Bushmans in the sunny Eastern Cape.This is positioned alongside the picturesque Boesman's River and is accompanied by long stretches of sandy beaches, ideal for water sports and several leisurely activities.

The estate will have 50 plots as well as assisted care units and a medical center on site. There are horse stabling facilities on the estate too along with several other perks.

Boesmans River (Afrikaans: Boesmansrivier) is a river in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. It originates north of Kirkwood and runs east past Alicedale, before it turns and twists south and east to Kenton on Sea, where it mouths into the Indian Ocean through a tidalestuary only 1.7 km to the SW of the kariega river.Our rivers are safe for boating, canoeing and all river watersports. The Kariega and Bushman's Rivers are navigable for 15 and 33 kilometres respectively. Upriver one can view a host of indigenous bird life from the colourful sunbird to the soaring fish eagle. Wildlife can be spotted along some parts of the banks of the rivers. Addo National Elephant Park and Shamwari Game Reserve are also close to Kenton for those who wish to see the Big 5.
