The scio device was developed over 65 + years ago by Nasa and professor Bill Nelson for the astronauts. Professor Bill Nelson broke away from Nasa and further developed this amazing device. That is how the public was able to get this technology in there hands.
When Nasa developed this technology they saw that the human body is controlled entirely by our brain.
