Big Sickle Fishing Adventures

Big Sickle Fishing Adventures is a fishing charter company established in 2016. The brainchild of Skipper Nick Marnitz, Big Sickle Fishing Adventures aspires to provide a competitive, world class day of fishing off the coast of Cape Town. A location well known for it's fantastic and exciting world class fishing.

The vessels launch from a stunning and historic Simons Town on the Cape Peninsula and provide you with a day of adventure filled with fun and laughter and amazing views of Cape Point from a side seen only by those fortunate enough to have sailed past our coast.

The day may include anything from trolling or spinning for some Yellowtail, dropping a sinkered line off the boat to look for some Red Roman to heading to the deep to find that prized Yellowfin tuna.

Our main vessel Kiora 2, is a 28ft Butt Cat, she is a full walk around and is powered by twin 140 Suzuki Four strokes. The Butt Cat has proven to give one of the most comfortable rides out there.
