BEAM Africa Network

BEAM Africa Network is an NGO and a non-profit organization in Gauteng Province, South Africa. There are five pillars of the organization:

Social: Providing services from Mamelodi Ext 12, BEAM's Drop-In Centre feeds about 140 children (OVC). We believe in meeting the basic needs of the people before we can minister to them spiritually.

Training: Currently conducted from various sites, BEAM Africa provides basic learning courses in the following: Adult Basic Education Training (ABET - basic English literacy), Life Skills Programme, Wholesale and Retail Learnerships and Skills Programmes Many students have found employment in retail through the Mr Price In-Store Training partnership.

BEAM House: This retreat is located in Kameeldrift East and was built to accommodate volunteers from overseas to assist in our children’s services. BEAM Africa Network has been registered as a 501c3 organization in the United States. Currently this part of the organization is still being developed, but there are short-term volunteer groups who come from the States to assist BEAM, as well as long-term volunteers. These volunteers are housed at BEAM House. The facilities are available for ministry training events and prayer retreats.
