At Babynastix, our aim is to help you, as a parent or caregiver to do the best for your baby. By becoming a part of Our programme, you’ve already made the decision to give your child the best developmental start possible. We’re here to ensure that your journey with us over the next few months is fulfilling as a bonding experience between you and your baby – and of course, loads of fun too!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
We’re about to embark on a brand new adventure, filled with fun sensory games, movement, baby massage and many other activities.

A trained and qualified instructor will guide and assist you and your baby through easy-to-follow routines.By continuing to expose your baby to these routines, you have the assurance that your little one’s lifelong educational journey is being built on a firm Babynastix foundation.

All exercises focus on developing and stimulating baby’s senses, white developing physical, emotional, cognitive and language areas.

The Babynastix programme is designed and endorsed by an 0.T., Paediatrician and Early Childhood Developer.

CLASSES:
We keep our classes “small and cosy”, ensuring personal attention for each participant to derive the maximum benefit Each class is structured to run for 45 minutes for activities and 15 minutes for socialization. Our classes are designed according to age appropriate skills and milestones for 2 – 6, 6 – 9 and 9 – 12 months.

Please arrive at class with enough time to settle in with baby so we can begin on the hour. Respecting the start and finish times makes the experience more enjoyable for all of us. Classes run weekly, during your provincial government school terms.
