Skullour is a vegan, vegetable based, powder hair dye where NO animal testing has been done. The powder needs to be mixed with conditioner to make an easy to apply paste. Skullour comes in many colours, but colours can also be mixed and lightened to your preference. Colours include the following: neon pink, dark pink, neon purple, dark purple, orchid, lime green, dark green, dark blue, sky blue, light blue, turquoise, red, yellow, orange and a pasteliser.
