Tucked away in the leafy, cosmopolitan suburb of Westville, you will find us at Avilla House B&B and Conferencing. Despite the lush, green country setting here, we are located just outside the city of Durban, and offer easy access to the Upper Highway area as well.
Our lovely guesthouse has high ceilings, keeping it cool in summer, and boasts a fresh, clean French Provencal style. Refined comfort permeates throughout, with luxury touches and superb hospitality.
We have six ensuite guest rooms, each air-conditioned, and some of our suites have a separate, private entrance. Our bedrooms are tastefully decorated, wrapped in 100% cotton linen, and include DSTV and tea trays.

For a smaller, intimate conference venue away from the bustle of the office, look no further than Avilla House. In this same tranquil setting, we cater for board meetings and seminars, training and management meetings. Our Conferencing Centre accommodates twenty delegates, and we boast the security of on-site parking for all.

Added to your convenience, we are ideally situated five kilometres from the Pavilion Shopping Centre and Westville Hospital. We are two kilometres from the University of Durban (UKZN) Westville, and a short seven kilometres from Pinetown, New Germany, and industrial Westmead and Derby Downs. The ICC International Conferencing Centre is a quick ten-minute drive; you will also find the beachfront there.
