1) How does the Ascot Diet Program work?

We use homeopathic injections to speed up your metabolism and thereby breaking down your own body fat to use as energy. This is combined with different medicine, like an appetite suppressant, diuretic and different metabolism boosters. We change our medicine throughout the diet as well as changing different meal plans to obtain optimum metabolism and optimum safe weight loss. This means that we work closely with you throughout the weight loss program. All our meal plans are worked out to the correct amount of kilojoules for safe weight loss and a balanced meal.


2) Can my diet plan be used with any other eating program or diet?
Yes as long as your meal plan contains the right amount of kilojoules. We prefer however that you use our meal plans, because we know that they contain the correct amount of kilojoules. You may use a meal plan that is totally too high in kilojoules and you will lose nothing or even gain weight.


3) Do I need any special foods to maintain the Ascot Clinic Diet?
No. We use food that you will normally have in your house. In fact you can eat almost anything if you watch your kilojoule intake.


4) How affordable is the Ascot Diet Plan?
We know that our diet plan has a relative high price. However, during a survey that was done in 2010 involving about 15 different diet plans, our plan was the 4th one from the bottom. That means we are cheaper than most of our competitors. There is also always a price to pay for an excellent product that really works.


5) How was the product developed?
Our pharmacist developed an interest in weight loss in the year 2000. All the medicine we use were carefully selected from products on the market and they all complement each other for optimum weight loss. Each meal plan that we use were worked out by him to ensure that you will get balanced meals with the correct amount of kilojoules to obtain maximum and safe weight loss.


6) How long before I see results?
You will see amazing results after only one week of use. Depending on how much you need to lose, you can lose up to 4 kg safely in the first week and 8 or more in the first month.


8) How many clinics are there?
There are currently 20 independent clinics and in October 2011 Pick & Pay joined forces with us adding another 19 clinics. New clinics will open regularly throughout the country.


9) Are the injections safe?
100% safe. We had no adverse effects in the 11 years that we have been using them.
