Course suitable for all including first timers to yoga. Starting with slow easy postures, we take the pace to suit the group, paying attention to technique in detail.
Effective breathing exercise (pranayama) to detox and energize the body and mind.
Course includes an introduction to Ayurveda, balancing of energy centers (Chakra's), and guided meditations.
We go through the simple knowledge of Yoga and its application to our daily lives.
We work on improving certain common body ailments such as backache and knee problems.
The course includes the use of light dumbbells.
This intermediate course entails more strengthening exercises. We include vinyasa (sequence repetition).
