Our model is based on catering to individuals (men & women) who are looking for a comfortable environment to exercise, where body shape and fitness level are not a pre-requisite and where personal close attention can be given to assist new, inexperienced and conscious people. We offer a group training environment with loads of support and
camaraderie.

Our training facility is a group training gym studio, where sessions are group based, max 8 persons per group/ time slot.
Cross training incorporates several modes and disciplines of sport & fitness to increase overall strength, fitness and stamina. Together with Functional training techniques such as explosive, high intensity workouts combined with a wide range of weighted & resistance muscle stimulation movement activities like running, sprinting, lifting, pushing, pulling etc
We encase these principles in an interactive, fun yet challenging manner by using the following equipment – spinning bikes, treadmill, open road running, kettle bells, ropes, sandbags, balls, dumbbells, squat barbell & bumper plate weights, rings, exercise rigs, tyres etc.
Each workout is designed to stimulate your body whether it be from a strength, stamina, fitness or fat-loss perspective, at times incorporating all of these angles.
